Delivery And Returns

PREPARING YOUR ORDER

Your order will be prepared as soon as possible after the validation of your payment method.

Orders on the internet are processed from Monday to Saturday, no processing is possible on Sundays.

THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

We do not ship goods on weekends and holidays . Depending on the availability of stocks, delivery times can delay up to 2 weeks and this does not justify a claim for damages.

The delivery offered is limited to USA and Canada only.

  • Delivery to states in USA is free.
  • Delivery to Canada is 45 $.

We pack all our products in boxes , so that your order is delivered to you in good conditions.

The recipient is required to make any legal reserve via the post office in case of loss or damage, and within 72 hours of when product was received.

DanceWorld keeps track of parcels not received but can in no way be held responsible for receptions beyond the times indicated by our carrier.

Delivery via Our Partner

Delivery is made within 48 hours (2 business days) after shipping. The indicative time is 15 days for both delivery to USA or Canada . DanceWorld can not be held responsible in the event of delay from our shipping partner

The order is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form . It is therefore necessary to be as precise and exhaustive as possible regarding your delivery details. In case of impossibility of delivery of the product (absence), the postman will leave you a notice , indicating you the conditions of reversal of your parcel .

Free exchange of your products

At DanceWorld, exchange of product is free , for example if you got a wrong size or color. We send you the exchange for free at no extra cost . However, it is important to specify the needs of change .

Return under certain conditions

We take great care in the design and manufacture of our products as well as the processing of our customers’ orders. However, in case you are not satisfied, we are ready to refund our products under certain conditions .

Exchange and return procedure

You must inform us, by email only: info@danceworld.info , within 14 days of delivery of the items in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code in United States. No claim will be accepted after this time. After reading your complaint, we will send you a file number by email .

You will have to return the items in their original packaging . They must be intact with their tags attached . They must not have been washed or soiled. We do not accept returns for tights, tips, accessories / hair and Belt as well as items sold on promotion . Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned automatically.

Items must be returned to our address listed on the about page. DanceWorld can not be held responsible in case of loss or damage of the returns. Your return will be processed within 7 days . The refund is made upon receipt of your return package and subject to compliance with the return conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the procedure . The refund is made to the bank account attached to the credit card used for payment of the order.

The return is at your expense, but to save money, you can drop us the order to exchange or refund you in store.
